BUILDING PERSONALIZED DATA-DRIVEN FAN STORIES
To coincide with a campaign for one of Spotify's top playlists: Today's Top Hits, Known collaborated with Spotify to build out a unique fandom microsite experience: Today's Top Fans. Our team worked with Spotify to identify the key listening metrics fans would be interested to learn for their top artists that could be supported by a private API purpose-built for this execution. We then crafted a user journey narrative from the insights around the listening data. These insights were also translated into social assets driving awareness to the site.
